Welcome to the official terms and conditions for our giveaways! Before claiming your prize, please take a moment to review the rules and requirements. This page outlines everything you need to know, including eligibility, booking details, and important guidelines to ensure a smooth experience. 1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to individuals who:
• Are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Have an active Airbnb account to complete the booking.
• Agree to sign a contract confirming their understanding of these terms.
• Agree to leave a review on Airbnb following their stay.
2. 'Giveaway' Definitions
A giveaway can be
• Travel Credits
• Discounts (in the context of a sweepstakes)
• Experiences
• Partial Stays
The winner will receive:
• $500 CAD travel credit towards any stay in Canmore at one of our two luxury chalets.
• This $500 CAD limit includes both the accommodation cost and cleaning fee.
• The winner may bring guests (up to 8-10 people max, depending on the vacation home selected)
3. Booking & Payment Terms
• The stay must be booked through our direct website (weekaway.ca). The winner will be messaged a code to use upon checkout.
• If the chosen nights exceed $500 CAD, the winner is responsible for paying the difference.
• If the total cost of the stay is less than $500 CAD, the winner will not receive the remaining balance in cash, credits, or any other form.
4. Additional Costs Not Covered
The following are not included in the giveaway and are the responsibility of the winner:
1. Transportation to and from the property
2. Any additional costs beyond $500
5. Booking Deadline & Expiration
• The reservation must be made before the end of 2026 with an expiry date of Dec 31, 2026.
• If the booking is not completed within the expiry date, the prize will be forfeited.
6. Agreement & Airbnb Review
• The winner must state that they "agree and accept" these terms via a instagram direct message confirming these terms before their stay.
7. Cancellation Policy
• If the winner cancels their booking, they will not receive a refund of the $500 credit; they will receive a refund of the amount they paid, however if they ended up paying more for the reservation.
• Rebooking under the giveaway is not allowed—once the winner cancels, they forfeit the giveaway prize.
8. Available Dates & Guest Limit
• The winner may choose any available dates that fit their schedule accordingly
• The stay allows up to 10 guests (including the winner).
9. Limitations & Restrictions
• This giveaway cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
• The winner must personally stay at the property and cannot transfer or resell the booking.
• The giveaway only covers up to $500 CAD—any additional costs must be covered by the winner.
• If the total booking cost is below $500 CAD, the winner does not receive the difference in cash, credit, or any other form.
• The property owner reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise.
